Howdy Guys I’m Jameson Bazzan, mates call me Jammo. Im 12 years old and have been riding from about 4 years old. I learnt to ride on a big standard bred horse called Yogi & this guy taught me the basics walk, trot & a big loping canter which was awesome for mustering the cattle & riding around the farm. My second horse was a welsh pony that introduced me to show jumping. I developed a passion for show jumping and haven’t looked back!
My mare that I ride now is a paint mare we imported from New Zealand. Her stable name is Rapunzel & her show name is Zippity Doo Dah. She is a very springy mare that took me a while to get used to but I love her so much. She is 14.1 hands & I compete her up to 1m. Last year she earnt a spot at interschool nationals where we got 4 th overall. We are competing in the 80 & 90cm for Interschool this year & I’m excited to see how we go. My goal for this year is to compete well at States & then go onto Nationals which will be held in Werribee in Victoria.
I am a country kid I love horse riding, motor bikes & cracking whips. You will always find me outside pulling apart some piece of machinery I absolutely love fixing things. I have a genuine interest in Stud beef cattle & would love to have a team of Speckle Park breed & show one day.
Since i have been given the opportunity to use the James & Son High Pro I have found my mare to have so much more energy & she looks fantastic. Its definitely made a difference to our whole team of horses & wouldn’t think of using anything else.
