Feeding Guidelines

THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE FEED AND MUST BE FED AS PART OF A BALANCED RATION
- Feed in conjunction with a vitamin and mineral supplement applicable to the species being fed
- For ruminants and horses always feed in conjunction with an adequate volume of effective fibre from forages such as pasture, hay, and chaff.
- Micronised barley must be introduced slowly over a period of 14 days.
- The feeding rate will be determined by the species being fed, their condition and production requirements.
- Horses – up to 1 % of body weight plus forage
- Cattle, sheep, goats, alpacas, and deer – up to 1 % of body weight plus forage
- Pigs feed ad lib without restriction
- Ensure animals always have access to fresh, clean water
Storage Instructions
- Store Micronised Barley under cover, away from vermin, in a cool, dry place, below 30ºC and protected from exposure to direct sunlight.
- Best Before – 3 months from date of manufacture.
- Bags are not waterproof.
