Mi-Feed was proud to be a major sponsor of the 2013 Father’s Day races at the Warwick Turf Club. This was the first TAB meeting the Warwick Turf Club has had in almost a decade. The day promised to be a great outing with 7 races scheduled for the day.
The Warwick Turf Club was one of first race clubs in Queensland. It was created by a special Act of Parliament circa 1858, which granted land for “racing or coursing” in Deagon and Warwick. The first Warwick Cup was held in 1859, 2 years earlier than the first Melbourne Cup.

Casual Connections, trained by Charles Kirkegaard at Warwick, ridden by Amy Taylor. The winner of the Ray Bunch Machinery Class 2 Handicap over 1100 metres.
Solar Choice, trained by Leslie Clarke from Killarney ridden by Sairyn Fawke. The winner of the Freestone Feedlots Class 1 Handicap over 1350 metres.
